Premium Pick

Top pick: #6 (BIG DRAMA) - World class sprinter has banked almost $3M and that's not an easy thing to do running short. The winner of last year's Breeders' Cup Sprint (G1), won his seasonal debut at Gulfstream Jan. 15 in the G3 Mr. Prospector S. and did so earning one of the highest figures ever (120). Five-year-old did not race again until Sept. 4 when he defeated a field of three over-matched runners in a small stakes at Calder. Working fast for this, he's one of two entered by trainer Dave Fawkes and they race uncoupled. The top pick.

2nd pick: #8 (Trappe Shot) - Lightly-raced son of "Tapit" is undefeated (3-for-3) on this often "tricky" so he has a bit of a "home field" advantage. Nosed last out at Saratoga in the G1 Vanderbilt H., he's working fast for this and 4-year-old has a fine record at this distance (4-3-1-0). Win candidate.

3rd pick: #4 (Euroears) - Talented but fragile 7-year-olds was a winner of the G1 Bing Crosby S. at Del Mar July 31 in his first race since returning form a solid second-place finish in the $2,000,000 Golden Shaheen S. (Group 1) at Meydan in the UAE. No stranger to real dirt and he was working bullets at Santa Anita before heading here.

4th pick: #2 (Force Freeze) - Veteran was well back of Euroears last March in the middle east, but was a very convincing winner at Monmouth in the $103K Tedy Drone S. in his North American debut. That effort was his first with lasix and this gelding has continued to work fast since. Price play in the same race exotics.
