2nd pick: #4 (Bourbon N Rye) (3-1) - He raced very wide from an outside post when debuting in the same Aug. 30 Saratoga contest a 'Ready to Escape. He was 2.5 lengths behind that rival and he should be competitive today with Castellano staying aboard.
3rd pick: #6 (Legion Storm) (5-1) - Nicely bred 3yo raced evenly last out while finishing just ahead of 'Bourbon N Rye'. Only his second start, Broman runner should show whatever he has in this spot.
4th pick: #3 (Tenency) (4-1) - Gelding has some early speed and has been competitive in 2-of-3 sprinting at this level. Freshened up since Aug. 2, he ships back from Finger Lakes where's he's been working since, and it's a plus that Irad Ortiz Jr. sticks with him.
