Top pick: #7 (SOUL HOUSE) (5-2) - Lightly raced colt moves back to the dirt after a narrow loss facing tougher here on the grass Sept. 14th. He was much more involved early in that effort and can take this from just off the top.
2nd pick: #6 (Crafty Dreamer) (7-2) - Very lightly raced son of "War Front" runs third off a 12 1/2 month break, and was much improved in his second off the long vacation. Fits, is working fast, and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #2 (Half Nelson) (10-1) - Once promising grey gelding hasn't seen action since August 12 of 1012 when he was injured at Saratoga. Consistent (6-1-2-2) and fast from the gate, he's run well here in the past, and is a win candidate if ready off the 14 month absence.
4th pick: #5 (Read the Proposal) (6-1) - Freshened up since Aug. 18th, son of "Read the Footnotes" is working fast and can be a factor with this groups if he comes with his "A" game.
