2nd pick: #5 (Rufus Ruth) (10-1) - Home-bred by "Thunder Gulch" drops into a claimer and will have blinkers added by veteran Tom Bush. Filly ran better than the final result last out as she showed good positional speed facing much tougher after breaking from a tough outside post.
3rd pick: #8 (Bunhead) (8-1) - Daughter of "Hard Spun" has been entered and scratched several times looking for the right spot. Working fine, she has excellent early speed, and drops to a new low.
4th pick: #7 (Three Times Bea) (6-1) - Another dropping into a claimer and this filly is coming off an even effort going 6 furlongs facing tougher in a swiftly run contest on June 30th. Whatever talen she has should show against this crew.
