Colt has gone 4-2-1-0 since coming off an eight month layoff in late May and races first off a Linda Rice claim 26-of-106 (25%) following that transaction in 2018-19. The tag and trip are fine and this son of 'Tiznow' is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #6 (Carrier Landing) (6-1) - He rallied to finish fourth at this tag and trip Sept. 1 at Saratoga and runs today first off a Michelle Nevin claim. Stretch runner makes his local debut, fits with his best, and he should receive a fast and/or contested pace to rally into.
4th pick: #7 (Brush Country) (3-1) - This gelding defeated several of today's rivals Sept. 1 at Saratoga, then ran evenly here facing a bit tougher Oct. 2. Back down in class, he draws a fine outside post and must be left in the mix.
