Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #3 (MAZAL EIGHTEEN) (2-1) - Improving filly rallied to finish second here at this level and distance Sept. 13. She was a 1/2 length in front of today's rival '1a-'Stretchthestory' and I give this $220,000 daughter of 'Will Take Charge' a slight edge.
2nd pick: #1a (Stretchthestory) (8-5) - As mentioned above, this filly finished third, a 1/2 behind 'Mazal Eighteen' when she rallied from almost 9 lengths off the pace. A $70,000 daughter of 'Lookin At Lucky', a fast and/or contested pace would help her chances out.
3rd pick: #2 (Surprise Arrival) (8-1) - Lasix is added to filly who switches to the grass following a pair of dirt sprints at this level during the Saratoga meet. Both of those starts had strong fields and she may get a share at a square price in this spot.
