Promising Shadwell home bred is working steadily on the Saratoga training track and can win this with a clean beginning and trip.
2nd pick: #3 (Bogulator) (4-1) - Freshened up for just under two months, filly has been very sharp in three straight at this level and distance. Stalker is working fine and is a win candidate with her normal effort.
3rd pick: #6 (Culpa Mia) (10-1) - Longshot is stretching out in distance and goes dirt to turf in her second back from a 7.5 month layoff. She tired sprinting on the dirt here May 10 and it's noted that John Velazquez is aboard for the first time.
4th pick: #8 (Relentless Miss) (12-1) - Freshened up since April 19, filly is racing first off a Nick Esler claim at two for his last eight (25%). She was beaten a length for a $75,000 tag the day she changed barns and is working fast as blinkers go on.
5th pick: #2 (Sly Ranger) (15-1) - Four-year-old has early speed and breaks just off the inside. Filly has finished fourth in her first pair on the grass and her early speed makes this $50K purchase a bit interesting at a big price.
