Top pick: #2 (BOOK REVIEW) - Lightly raced home-bred has improved dramatically since coming back from a 4 1/2 month layoff on May 20th. Daughter of "Giant's Causeway" is (5-3-1-0) since then and in her only sub-par effort when had a very tough trip in the Test Stakes (G1) at Saratoga. Last out she won the $400K Charles Town Oaks and she's working fast for this attempt. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #4 (Ciguaraya) - Philadelphia Park shipper has won two in a row there and enters this in career best form. Filly was stakes placed earlier this year at Tampa and her stalking style fits nicely with this small group.
3rd pick: #5 (Final Escrow) - Strong finisher is lightly raced and last out rallied to finish second here in a small stakes at this distance. Needs some pace help in this tiny field for anything more than a minor award.
