Very wide last out at Saratoga racing at this price and trainer Rick Dutrow cuts him back in distance and Dominguez stays put. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #9 (Go to the Net) - Price play tired after setting the pace until deep stretch last out here going 9 furlongs racing for $35K. Drops in price, cuts-back in distance, and colt draws a nice outside post at this 7 furlong trip.
3rd pick: #5 (Doodleman) - Home-bred son of "Hennessy" hasn't raced since early July when he finished second at Monmouth at this price going 8.5 furlongs. Speed/stalker has improved since dropping into claimers and is a threat if ready off the 100-day break.
