2nd pick: #5 (Z J WINS) (3-1) - Away since March 31, $300K son of 'Lemon Drop Kid' has a new trainer (Rudy Rodriguez) 29% with new arrivals and he drops this colt into a claimer for the first time. A win candidate if ready.
3rd pick: #6 (Risky Sour) (7-2) - Long time maiden missed by a length when finishing second Aug. 4 at Saratoga racing at this price and distance. He's finished close up in his last three efforts on the grass and it's noted that Irad Ortiz Jr stays aboard.
4th pick: #7 (Kierland) (6-1) - Improving and lightly raced, he's racing first off a claim and for the first time since Aug. 4. Strong finisher just missed here at this level and distance July 15 and must be left in the mix.
