Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #5 (SOPHIA'S CHOICE) (3-1) - She's racing second back off a 5.5 month layoff and it appeared that 3-year-old needed her come-backer. Filly had a perfect spot to strike from turning for home but tired from that point while not being pressured by her rider. Trainer Carlos Martin brings her back quickly, drops her into a claimer for the first time, and leading jockey Jose Ortiz stays aboard.

nd pick: #2 (Three Eighty Eight) (4-1) - Filly was well supported when debuting at this tag going a mile on the Aqueduct grass April 22. She did not break cleanly, but recovered to finish second to a long gone winner who was heavily favored. An obvious factor if that race is repeatable.

rd pick: #11 (She's All Love) (6-1) - Maryland invader rallied to miss by a 'head' April 26 going a mile on the Laurel turf for a $25,000 claiming price. It was a big improvement over her dirt debut and her trainer (Tim Wooley) has already won a race at this meet.

th pick: #12 (Baronet) (20-1) - Longshot is moving up in class, switching from dirt to turf, and is stretching out in distance. She's had tough posts in her last pair of dirt sprints but had finished second in two of three prior to that. Bred for the grass, she may be in this from start-to-finish at a huge price.

th pick: #4 (Jennifer's Legacy) (12-1) - Very lightly-raced, she rallied to finish fourth of nine, beaten 3.5 lengths racing at this level and distance on a sloppy surface here May 4. Contest was moved 'off the turf' and this daughter of 'Sky Mesa' will be on the grass for the first time. Capable of getting a share at long odds.
