Top pick: #4 (LIVIN LARGE) - Excellent try last out in a much-improved effrot his debut. Gelding showed fine early speed and race just off a runner who was very impresive in going wire-to-wire. Trainer Bruce Brown has given his a nice maintenance brreze since and he'll be very tough today.
2nd pick: #8 (Afrikaner) - He's 4 1/2 years-old and will be making only his third start. He finished second in his first pair last year when trained by Pat Kelly. Now with Chad Brown gelding is working very fast for his first race since last August.
3rd pick: #9 (Client Eight) - Blinkers go on improving son of "Tapit" from the barn of Mike Hushion. Speed/stalker draws well in the gate to do either.
