That was at Belmont Park, where the sweeping turns benefit this horse.

But since then, Zandon hasn't won, finishing second three times, third twice, and fourth once. Zandon has ran shorter races the last two times out, both at 1-mile, and finished second at the Grade 3 Westchester and fourth in the Grade 1 Cigar Mile despite being the favorite.
