Top pick: #4 (HEY VALENTINA) - She has by far the best early speed of those that have started, and races today off almost a year's layoff for the Rick Dutrow barn. Working nicely for her return and Dominguez is aboard for her come-backer. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #5 (Justleavemealone) - Working fine for her first race since late August at saratoga and she'll race today for a new trainer (Mike Tannuzzo). Has a bit of speed and filly has taken some money in a pair of her starts.
3rd pick: #6 (Why Not Her) - She finished second in her debut at big odds last February and hasn't been seen since. Capable small barn (Rick Stoklosa) had her work a half-mile from the gate on the Oct. 9, and she's a threat if ready.
