(# 3) BIT O WHIMSY - Trainer Barclay Tagg has been on fire, especially with his turf runners since coming north from Gulfstream. This filly looks similar to several other maidens he has scored with on the Aqueduct turf. That said, this event has more fillies from top outfits, as they all begin to gather for the upcoming Belmont meet. "Whimsy" displayed good tactical speed in 9F race at Gulfstream, a very difficult debut distance. Has a nice maintenance drill at Belmont on the dirt in preparation for this assignment.
