(# 4) Daytime Promise - We believe that these are the two horses in this race, both having slight chinks in their armor. Daytime Promise, has been compromised by unflattering pace scenarios, an inside speed biased track, and a lack of running room on Jan. 11. Also lagged too far back on Dec. 28. Not much pace signed on for this contest either, and the switch to Garcia for this type of runner is not a big plus. Has never beaten older fillies, as her last victory came against straight three-year-olds on Jan. 22, 2006. Garcia deserts two other runners to land here.

(# 7) A Bit Of Pressure - A Bit Of Pressure, was a sharp second behind a perfect trip winner on Jan. 31, a race that impressed me on how well she ran with all things considered. That said, she is really suspect at nine Furlongs, but does boast a huge tactical advantage in a pace less race. Should be either on the lead or stalking Game Card, if she wants a target. Loses a ton of weight by keeping Rodriquez.
