2nd pick: #4 (Arrifana) (2-1) - Daughter of 'Curlin' faces stakes competition as she tries to stretch her unbeaten record to a perfect 5-for-5. An easy winner going 7 furlongs at Saratoga Aug. 31, she's won her last pair at Laurel, the latest at 8.5 furlongs Nov. 1. A strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #1 (Stand for the Flag) (6-1) - Competitive in all four starts, daughter of 'Super Saver' has won two in a row, the latest an easy score going 8.5 furlongs at Philly Park in a first-level allowance Oct. 15. She has a ground saving post and must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #3 (Bellera) (4-1) - This daughter of 'Brnardini' lost her rider at he break here Nov. 2 and the race should be viewed as a toss. She had gone 4-2-2-0 prior to that and this speed/stalker from the Pletcher barn is more than capable of being a major factor.
