Top pick: #1 (TRINNIBERG) - He showed plenty of speed last year in a series of five races and finished second at Saratoga in the Hopeful (G1) Sept. 5 and was beaten narrowly next out in the (G2) Nashua at Belmont. After a "troubled" trip at Churchill in the $454K Breeders' Cup Juvenile Sprint, he was sent in for a four-month break by trainer Bisnath Parboo and colt looked super when winning by 6 lengths in wire-to-wire fashion when taking the (G3) Sale Stakes at Gulfstream in his seasonal debut at this 7-furlong distance a month ago. He had a bullet work at Calder before heading here and is the horse to beat.

2nd pick: #7 (Maan) - $200,000 son of "Malibu Moon" won his first two starts separated by seven months, then tired here in the Gotham Stakes (G3) in his first stakes and first try around two-turns. Working fast for this and trainer ed Kenneally will cut him back to 7 furlongs for this attempt.

3rd pick: #6 (Hardened Wildcat) - He's won three in a row since debuting in early December and last out became a stakes winner when taking a $100K sprint stales on the inner-surface. Working well up to this and he should get a fast pace to rally into.
