Top pick: #1 (SMART ENUF) - Interesting jockey switches here as Dave Cohen and Ramon Dominguez switcht mounts they rode last time out. This gelding finished well behind "Diamond District" last out and Cohen jumps off that runner to this one. Has the rail (which was great over the wekend) and he has a good shot at reversing that decision.
2nd pick: #6 (Diamond District) - Easy win last out as he used his fine tactical speed to good advantage. Probable heavy favorite is certainly a win candidate but the rail runner has a solid shot at him. It would be no surprise if he won.
3rd pick: #2 (Rises the Phoenix) - Loves the surface (15-4-3-1) and he runs second off a long layoff (9 1/2 months). Capable if he steps it up to last winter's performance level.
