Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #3 (FRENCH REEF) (7-2) - Irish import is one of two entered by Chad Brown and the pair race uncoupled. A debuting gelding, he's bred for grass success and has breezed here a half-dozen times since Oct. 5. A quick half-mile here Oct. 26 suggests he's ready and Brown 20% first out has Javier Castellano aboard.

2nd pick: #9 (North Dakota) (4-1) - A home bred by 'Medaglia d'Oro' he ships from Churchill where he rallied while wide to check in 3rd of 9, beaten 4.5 lengths going 9 furlongs Sep 19. Training both above average and frequently for this attempt, colt is a win candidate.

3rd pick: #10 (Starting Point) (6-1) - He's one of two entered by Dan Gargan and they race as separate betting interests. This gelding is racing on the grass and beyond 7 furlongs both for the first time. He was claimed by Gargan Oct. 13 at Keeneland when this 3yo finished 2nd sprinting on the dirt for a $50K tag. Gargan wins at a 38% first off the claim, 33% on the dirt to grass move, and hits at a 29% clip on the distance increase.

4th pick: #8 (Donegal Aces) (5-1) - The second of the Gargan trained pair, this colt moves up in class following a second place finish going 8.5 furlongs on the Belmont turf for a 50K tag Sept. 26. Only his second start, it was his first in 6 months, first on the grass, and he must be left in the mix.
