2nd pick: #2 (Ready to Escape) (5-1) - Debuting home bred by 'More Than Ready' is from a good barn (Charlie Baker {18%} first out) and colt breezed a bullet 5 furlongs from the gate on the Belmont Training Track Feb. 28. Baker has the red hot Manny Franco aboard and that a signal that they like this one's chance.
3rd pick: #1 (Retonova) (9-2) - This gelding by the speedy 'Boys At Tosconova' has the rail and has been in steady training for some time now. On Dec 20 he worked a bullet half-mile from the gate at Belmont and is from a solid first out barn (Chris Englehart {19%}).
4th pick: #5 (Panic Attack) (10-1) - Long shot is another making his debut and does so with the very quick drills on view. A bullet half-mile Jan. 27 stands out as it was the best of 119 horses that trained at that distance that morning.
