2nd pick: #4 (Kid Bourbon) (4-1) - He's stretching out to a mile in his second back following a seven-month layoff. $120,000 son of 'Lemon Drop Kid' chased a quick pace before weakening to finish 3rd sprinting at Belmont in his return Sept. 25. All three of his works during October were solid, and he's making back-to-back starts for the first time.
3rd pick: #2 (Communicator) (8-1) - Gelded son of 'Bernardini' sold for $300,000 as a yearling back in Sept. of 2017. In his only start so far, he tired to finish a distant 4th at this distance Sept. 8 at Laurel. He runs off a private trainer change to Brad Cox 21% with new arrivals, and this colt enters off a pair of quick half-mile works at Belmont.
4th pick: #7 (Road Home) (6-1) - Colt by 'Quality Road' as been away from action since a wide and even effort going seven furlongs at Gulfstream Park Feb. 16. He had shown ability in a pair of starts as a 2yo in 2018 and may grab a share if ready.
