Tennessee Volunteers vs UAB Blazers Point Spread Picks

Tennessee had gone UNDER four of its last five mostly due to an inept offense, but the Volunteers did come through with a 41-21 win over South Carolina as a four-point underdog. Tennessee held the Gamecocks to 78 yards rushing on 2.6 per carry and Jarrett Guarantano went 11-of-29 for 229 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions.  Guarantano left the game with a broken bone in his left wrist, but is probable for this game. UAB has an underrated defense as it's No. 8 in the country in total yards allowed and rushing yards allowed. Also, the Blazers have given up just 15.7 points per game and that is good for #11. Last week's win notwithstanding, Tennessee still is only #93 in total offense yards while averaging 24.0 points. The UNDER is 4-0 in the Volunteers' last four games versus C-USA opponents and they have stayed UNDER four straight after scoring at least 40 points their previous game. UAB is 5-1 UNDER its last six after winning by at least 20 points. Back the UNDER in this one.
