Incarnate Word at Texas State

Incarnate Word opened its season with 76 points and hasn't dipped much since, and it's walking into a Texas State defense that's allowed at least 31 points in every game it's played, including a 59-point outburst from UTSA in a game I had UTSA winning outright as a road dog two weeks ago. Texas State's own offense has been productive too, scoring 49 last week, so this isn't a case of one side needing to carry the total by itself. Between these two teams' combined six games this season, the totals have landed in the 50s, 60s, and 80s, rarely coming close to a number this modest for how these offenses and defenses have played. Emmett Brown has thrown for over 800 yards for Incarnate Word already this season, and a defense allowing more than 41 points a game isn't the one that slows him down. Take the OVER.
