Northern Illinois Huskies vs UAB Blazers Point Spread Picks

Northern Illinois got it done again as they made it to the MAC Championship game. After trailing 29-10 late in the third quarter, they made a miracle comeback to win it 30-29. It is something that I don't believe this team could have pulled off early in the season, and it shows how much they have grown. The Huskies defense has been solid all season, but the offense which averaged just 15.9 points per game through the first eight, averaged 26.4 ppg in their last five. They scored more in the last five games than the first eight. UAB has had a great run, and for a team that is just two years removed from not existing, to have 10 wins is amazing. UAB is very similar to Northern Illinois as they both tend to rely on defense to win, but the Huskies have grown offensively, which will be the difference in this one.
