NC State Wolfpack vs Texas Tech Red Raiders Point Spread Picks

This is a difficult spot for Texas Tech QB Tyler Shough. Shough missed nine games last year with a broken collarbone, and injured his left shoulder in Game 1. He was supposed to miss this game but has been named the starter, although he is not going to be fully effective. NC State has been highly effective against the pass and has already forced five turnovers. Texas Tech may turn to the run game more here, but NC State has allowed just 152 running yards through two games. I think the Tech offense is going to be handicapped. NC State turned the ball over three times vs a Houston team that isn't on the same level as we have seen in recent years.
