NC State Wolfpack vs Northern Illinois Huskies Point Spread Picks

The Northern Illinois Huskies have one of NCAAF's biggest upsets of the season, as they own a 16-14 win at Notre Dame. This team is below average offensively, but the defense held Notre Dame to 14 points. NC State gave up 110 points in two games vs. Clemson and Tennessee. Thankfully for them, Northern Illinois is a much below average offensive team. Despoite 38 points vs. Western Carolina and 30 vs. Louisiana Tech, the Wolfpack underachieved their offensive output based on the lines in those games, coupled with the total. The total implied 46 points vs. Western Carolins and 34 vs. Louisiana Tech. I don't see much scoring here, and will make the play on the UNDER.
