POPEYES BAHAMAS BOWL: These teams have to be pretty excited that they get to have their Bowl game played in the Bahamas. Western Michigan has a very strong offense, and also played a very tough schedule down the stretch, going against Bowling Green, Northern Illinois, and Toledo. They upset Toledo to keep the Rockets out of the MAC Championship game, and has not been slowed down offensively when not facing an elite mid-major team. Middle Tennessee arrives here off of four straight wins, and is a team that put up 70+ twice this season. They had the offense going at the end of the season, topping the 40-point mark in each of the last two. These teams average just about 70 points between them, and both offenses will be the best unit on the field when they are out there. Middle Tennessee has averaged very close to 500 yards per game in their last four, while Western Michigan is well above average offensively.
