That defense was not up to task vs. the high-octane Ducks' attack, but when they have faced poor teams below their level they have shined. Michigan State has won their two games vs. low-level teams by a combined 118-21, and covered both of them despite on average being a -39 point favorite. Wyoming is off to a 3-1 start, but the three wins were against frail at best competition, and when they stepped up in class they were blown out. Wyoming's offense is in big trouble here as the Cowboys have averaged less than 20 points per game vs. Montana, FAU, and Air Force. They will be hard pressed to find the end-zone here, while Michigan State works with a short field, and gets into the 40s.
