South Florida has some big shoes to fill this year. Quinton Flowers accounted for 11,618 total yards and 112 touchdowns in his three seasons at QB for the Bulls. It doesn't end there. USF was eighth nationally in rushing last season but must replace stalwarts D'Ernest Johnson and Darius Tice (as well as Flowers). The Bulls made a quantum leap on defense last year. They finished #120 in 2016, but #37 last year. The defense will probably be ahead of the offense entering 2018. Georgoa Tech is no secret, they will run the option, shorten the game and make you defend it for 60 minutes. The Yellow Jackets barely pass the ball, and USF has enough experience and strong enough coaching to limit the damage of the pound on the ground Yellow Jackets' attack. Overall, South Florida has the offensive reputation, but most of that talent and experience has moved on. Play this one to finish UNDER.
