There are also issues as to who will start at QB and Fresno interim coach Marks is not revealing, but it could be any of three. A likely situation is all three take snaps in this game, and that is not a formula for maximum success. Motivation is a key ingredient and UTEP has not been to a Bowl in seven years and has not won one in over 50 years! Motivation typically shows itself on defense and facing an offense that may use three QB's is not going to be as efficient as their season numbers dictate, and I like the UNDER in this one.
