They have a lot of good pieces to improve again, and have a huge edge over a down Fresno State team. Fresno State is just 6-21-1 ATS after allowing 40 points in their previous game. This one fits a situation that is 36-10 ATS as an early season indicator. Give the points and take the Utes.
