New Mexico is getting a ton of points in this one even though Fresno State was routed 42-18 by San Jose State on Saturday and the loss could end up costing the Bulldogs the Mountain West Conference regular season title. The Spartans outgained Fresno State 459-308 while racking up 313 rushing yards. The Bulldogs QBs, Mikey Keene and Logan Fife combined for 23 of 41 for 225 yards and two TDs with two interceptions. Keene is questionable for this game due to a head injury. The Lobos have been alternating quarterbacks Devon Dampier and Dylan Hopkins and both are expected to play in this game. Dampier had a great first half against Boise State last week with 17 of 26 passing for 200 yards with no interceptions and 13 carries for 48 yards and at one point he completed 13 straight passes. The Lobos have enough offense to cover the big number. Take New Mexico as a Max Play.

Pro Picks
New Mexico at Fresno State
New Mexico quarterbacks have combined for six TDs and four picks. New Mexico is 20-8 UNDER the total on the road against a team with a winning home record, as well as 16-5 UNDER on fieldturf. Fresno State has been strong on defense, allowing 24 points per game. They gave up 48 points at Alabama and 41 at Washington when stepping way up, but allowed 31 points total in three wins. Fresno State forced four turnovers in a 27-10 victory Saturday at San Jose State, getting interceptions from Jaron Bryant and Juju Hughes and forced fumbles by Malik Forrester and Hughes. They allowed only 205 yards of total offense. So that's 11 turnovers forced in five games. In the past five halves of football, Fresno State has allowed 138 yards and seven points in a loss at Washington, 184 yards and 14 points and 130 yards and seven points in a victory over Nevada, and now 79 yards and no points and 126 yards and 10 points in a victory over San Jose State. The Bulldogs are 7-2 UNDER the total after accumulating more than 200 yards rushing in their previous game and this total is too high. Back the UNDER.
