This game opened at -21.5 but has been bought down by FIU backers, or more like Texas Tech doubters, to -20 at the time of this writing. Tech didn't show up last week as a 31.5-point favorite vs SF Austin where they were outplayed and survived due to Austin turning the ball over four times. I'm sure that serves as a wake-up call for the Red Raiders and they won't sleepwalk through this one. Lost in that game is the fact that Texas Tech averaged 7.3 yards per play to Austin's 4.3.
