Florida International finally gets to play a game after several postponements, and coach Butch Davis returns for his fourth year at the helm while the offense returns only four starters. The Panthers lose starting quarterback James Morgan, and junior Kaylan Wiggins will replace him. He went 15 of 27 for 172 yards in 10 games last season. Wiggins ran for 323 yards and led the team with a 6.6 yards per carry average. Liberty comes off a 30-24 win over Western Kentucky and is led by QB Malik Willis, who was Auburn's second-string quarterback for two years. Willis sat out last season and played his first game for the Flames against the Hilltoppers and rushed for 168 yards and three touchdowns. He also finished 13 of 21 for 133 yards with no turnovers. Liberty's star receiver, Antonio Gandy-Golden, graduated and was a fourth-round NFL Draft pick. Liberty has gone UNDER five of its last seven September games and four of five following a win. The posted total is too high with FIU breaking in a new starting QB. Take the UNDER.
