The Florida Atlantic Owls went to Alabama last week and got a paycheck and a brutal beating. Mercifully, the weather turned bad to stop the game at 41-0 with about 8 minutes left. They managed just 7 points in their opener to Nebraska, a team that allowed McNeese State to score 24 points last week. It's needless to say that the offense is in trouble against Tulsa. Tulsa gave up a lot of points in their first two games to much better offenses, but the Golden Hurricane are usually solid defensively, especially against an offense without too many playmakers. Tulsa has played six of their last seven on the road vs. a losing home team to the UNDER. Also, remember that FAU allowed just 10 points per game in their last four last season. Florida Atlantic usually schedules over their heads in early-season games, and it has led to a 22-6 mark to the UNDER in their last 28 September tilts. Play on the UNDER in this one.
