Colorado State Rams vs UTEP Miners Point Spread Picks

It is beginning to pay off, although the Miners need to get into the end zone more. Colorado State's only victory was against Northern Colorado and the Rams were routed their other two games against Texas and Colorado. The Rams are 0-8 ATS dating to last season and they have won only three of nine outright. The Miners are 4-0 ATS as underdogs of 3.5 to 10.0 points and they have covered five of six as dogs overall.
