The Pittsburgh Panthers have fallen apart at 7-4. They have struggled in Conference play where their offense has been exposed. The Panthers average 32.6 PPG on the season but in conference play just 23.6 PPG. That is a huge chunk of hidden value and I don't think the total has been compensated nearly enough. Boston College has QB injuries and problems, and I don't think they are going to move the ball that well vs. a Panther defense that has proven it can hold down a mediocre offense. Boston College has been much better defensively at home where they are allowing just 20.3 PPG. I like the UNDER in this one.

Boston College needs a win in the finale to go bowling. Coach Steve Addazio also needs a victory to keep his job safe, though he's taken the Eagles to bowls in five of the last six years. BC is on an 11-4 spread run on the road, plus 16-5-1 ATS in ACC play. The ground attack is impressive behind 250-pound A.J. Dillon and 240-pound David Bailey. They're first nationally with 2,298 combined rushing yards in 2019 for a pair of running backs. Boston College is also 16-5 ATS on the road against a team with a winning home record. Pittsburgh has already clinched a winning record and will be in a bowl. But they are 2-2 straight up the last four games, losing 16-12 to Miami as a favorite, squeaking by Georgia Tech (20-10) and come off a 28-0 loss to Virginia Tech.
