The Bruins are solid at running back with Carson Steele and TD Harden, who combined for more than 1,200 yards and UCLA is #21 in the country averaging 191.2 rushing yards. Garbers had his best game against intra-city rival USC throwing for 155 yards and three TDs with no picks as the Bruins dominated the Trojans 38-20 before suffering a massive letdown the following week losing 33-7 to California.
