Ball State Cardinals vs San Jose State Spartans Point Spread Picks

ARIZONA BOWL - Ball State comes into the Arizona Bowl a winner of six straight while averaging 34.3 points this season, and San Jose State is scoring 30.9 per game in a miracle season as the Spartans finished 7-0 and won the Mountain West Conference championship after not having a winning season since 2012. Brent Brennan did one of the greatest coaching jobs in recent memory guiding the Spartans to an undefeated season, but they do have several weapons on offense starting with QB Nick Starkel, who threw for 1,906 yards with 16 touchdowns and only four interceptions. Starkel topped it off with 453 passing yards and three TDs with no picks in San Jose State's 34-20 victory in the MWC championship game. Ball State went UNDER four of its last five games, but that was due to the abnormally high posted totals in the Mid-American Conference while this total is finally more realistic.
