Austin Peay Governors vs Louisville Cardinals Point Spread Picks

Jeff Brohm had a successful season in his first season at Louisville. The Cards went 10-4. Coach brohm says his team is prepared for just about anything the Governors throw at him. He says it is tough to figure out when you are facing a team in Game 1 that has a new head coach, a new offensive coordinator as well as a new defensive coordinator. The Governors have a pair of running QBs and are likely to use some gimmick sets to open some running plays for each. These can sometimes be tricky games, and the Governors made the FCS playoffs a year ago. I think they can do enough against Louisville offensively, but stopping the speed on this Louisville offense is a totally different matter. I think this game is going to see a lot of scoring, and I like the OVER in this one.
