Washington is off a 10-win season, and will return most of the starters from that team, as well as QB Jake Browning. A few defectors are now in the NFL, but overall, Coach Chris Peterson has built a team ready to compete on a national level. It seems like the only missing ingredient on this team is a WR that can stretch the field, and serve as a bona fide deep threat. The defense may have the best secondary in the country, and have enough up front to control the line of scrimmage. Auburn returns QB Jarrett Stidham, and the passing game will get perhaps its sternest challenge right out of the gate. With a lot of question marks in the backfield, against a strong secondary, this may not be the best matchup to start te season for the Huskies. While both of these squads have above-average QBs, they both have the defenses to make the going tough, and getting into the end-zone is going to be quite a challenge for both. Play on the UNDER.
