Western Kentucky Hilltoppers vs Xavier Musketeers Point Spread Picks

Western Kentucky has a winning record, but is a big dog here despite a terrific offense from three-point land. Western Kentucky is shooting 42.2 percent from beyond the arc and hit 14 three-pointers in an 86-84 victory over Eastern Kentucky on Tuesday. The Hilltoppers finished last season 20–12, 13–5 in C-USA play to finish in a tie for the second place. They covered earlier this year in a 90-85 loss to Belmont as a +9 dog. Belmont is a good team that has made the NCAA Tournament in four out of the last five seasons. The Hilltoppers are 4-1 ATS in their last five road games. They take on an undefeated Xavier team, but Western Kentucky beat #25 Old Dominion 72-65 in January. The #12-ranked Xavier Musketeers come off a successful tournament run in Florida, but the team was forced to spend time this week dealing with a widespread virus. Xavier dominated Dayton the last game, but its return has been marred by illness. Coach Chris Mack said the Musketeers couldn't practice Wednesday because they didn't have enough healthy players.
