Chattanooga enjoyed a breakout season last year, as the Mocs won 29 games. Coach Matt McCall quickly made a name for himself in his first year at the helm. The good news is that the Mocs have lost just one starter from that team, in Eric Robertson, who was the team's best three-point shooter. The Mocs will be good, but the incoming class offers very little, and they aren't very big inside. One weakness last year was defense as they allowed opponents to shoot 44%, and taking on a team like Tennessee is going to be tough. Tennessee has some big losses to replace, but Rick Barnes has a good track record. While they may be overmatched in the SEC, they are otherwise going to be good, and the up-tempo will be a drain on teams that do not have the depth. That is where this one will be telling late in the game. Make the play on Tennessee.
