Purdue Boilermakers vs Tennessee State Tigers Point Spread Picks

The Purdue Boilermakers slipped out of the top 25 when they dropped two straight games, but have been on a roll having won their last seven. Those wins included impact wins vs. Arizona and Louisville. Purdue may have lost some of that momentum as they have played just one time in the last 11 days, and showed little interest failing to cover a huge number vs. IUPUI. They will take on Tennessee State tonight, and will be off for eight more days. While they should win easily, I don't see the blowout effort. The Tigers are 5-5, and their last time out they were a 19-point dog at Texas and lost a slowdown game 47-46, where both teams combined for just 94 shots, and I expect the same here tonight. It will be tough to cover 25+ in a slowdown game, so make the play on Tennessee State.
