VMI at UT Chattanooga

UT Chattanooga is 9-7 on the season as they host the 6-10 VMI Keydets. There are not a lot of teams in the country with a 6-10 record that out-score opponents by 5 points per game. Despite being two games over .500, Chattanooga is out-scoring opponents by just four points per contest. Looking at the statistical matchup in this game, the Keydets actually have a slight edge in defending and shooting, but the line has been adjusted for strength of schedule, and Chattanooga has played a much tougher schedule, but I think the adjustment is overdone. The Keydets have not been intimidated on the road, where they own an 8-2 ATS record. Chattanooga is 0-8 ATS in home games following a game where they forced eight or fewer turnovers. I like VMI in this one.
