UAB at North Carolina

The North Carolina Tar Heels have started the season at 8-3, and have already played in a lot of big games. This one vs. UAB certainly is not one of them. The Heels have had a week off, and that creates a lot of distractions for players, and their next big game will be heir conference opener vs. Clemson, and it would be easy to see the Heels waltzing their way through this one, so covering a monster number here will be a challenge. UAB has had some good teams in recent years, but at 4-8 on the season this is not one of them. They have more than held their own as a big dog, covering big numbers against good teams in UCLA, and Florida, and they are 6-2 ATS in their last eight when following a loss.
