The Houston Cougars have bitten the bullet three straight times. But with two losses on the road, and a combined opponent record of 38-15 it really can't be considered a fall from grace. Tulsa is just 8-8 over their last 16 games, and certainly isn't on the same level as the Cougars. They lost at 9-9 Marshall by 18 points, as well a loss at Arkansas Little Rock, so coming away with a win here in Houston is a tall order, as the Cougars have snuffed-out five of the last opponents with a losing road record ATS. While they may stay around this one in the end, they will come up short. Go with on Houston on the moneyline.
