The Citadel at Samford

Citadel Coach Duggar Baucom has brought his frenetic style over to The Citadel from VMI. This team jacks up a lot of threes quickly into the shot clock, and plays the whole roster. It is a fun style to watch, but has not resulted in very many wins. Their game has been much less effective on the road where they own a woeful 2-10 record on the season. They are allowing close to 95 points per game on the road making it nearly impossible to win. Samford is a very efficient offensive team especially at home where they average 85 ppg, and shoot the ball at 51.6%. This is the wrong team to try and race up and down the court with on the road.
