The Elon Phoenix broke out late, winning three of their last four games after dropping the previous five in a row. One of those was a 7-point win at The Citadel who will be playing with revenge here. The Bulldogs had a bad stretch but showed some very positive signs winning at Western Carolina as a double-digit dog in their second to the last game. The Phoenix have been anything but dominating on a neutral site game, as they are just 1-4 ATS in their last five. Revenge is sweet, so I'm backing The Citadel on the moneyline.
